1. Be empathetic, supportive and respectful
At Dean Williamson Dental, we value each and every member of our team. We strive to provide a supportive and caring environment because we all deserve to feel safe at work. We encourage diversity in ideas and opinions and ensure everyone feels comfortable to voice their point of view – no matter how crazy it is.
We believe the best teams are those that work closely together with the ability to see things from each other’s perspective.
We are more than just a team though, we are a family. We watch out for and take care of each other. Through all of the ups and downs, we are in it together.

We absolutely think it is important to recognise and celebrate both individual and team achievements.
We are not, however, arrogant nor patronising and we do not treat people differently from how we want to be treated ourselves.
We understand that there is always room to learn and grow and no matter what happens, we will stick together and support each other.

We believe very strongly in celebrating our differences and our individuality. We strive for unity within our team through respect and building strong foundations in cultural awareness.

Change is certainly not something to be afraid of. Positive change promotes progress and deepens our understanding.
We believe in the importance of always boarding our horizon, thinking critically and looking for ways to improve ourselves and the environment we live in.
We aim to provide a platform for people to be creative, share their ideas and think outside the box.
6. Have fun and be yourself
We love to have a laugh. Work is certainly not meant to be boring or dull, instead this time should be exciting and enjoyable.
We encourage our team to be themselves and let their hair down. We are always looking for ways to bring fun and humour into the workplace.

To grow as individuals, it is always important to challenge ourselves and the way we think.
